Dinner schedule for remainder of the week—back to “normal”

The band camp is back to normal times for the rest of the week!

• 9-12 Morning session to “lunch break”
  
• 1-4 Afternoon session to “dinner break”
  
• 6-9 Evening session

The “blip” on the screen from yesterday’s field scheduling issue is no longer an issue

This Friday’s “Parent’s Night Potluck”

To all Marching Band Parents—remember this Friday (August 22nd) is the wrap-up for the two-week band camp and the “Parent Night Potluck” and the first look at this year’s show!!!! Below is the schedule of just the potluck portion of the evening. You should all be in possession of the full schedule that was sent in an email last week as well as handed out at the Parent Meeting on Monday, August 11th. Attention All Marching Band Parents!
What: Parent Night Potluck
When: Friday August 22nd
Where: WSHS Courtyard near the Auditorium
Time: 5:30pm (with marching band program to follow)

Last Names beginning with:

• A-F Please bring a dessert
  
• G-L Please bring a side dish (salad, bag of chips, etc…)
  
• M-Z Please bring a main dish

***Please bring a cooler to store leftover food, otherwise it will be thrown away
